Learn about a variety of invasive plants in the PNW that can be used as natural dyes! We will discuss how to process the plants, prepare your fabrics, and create a dye pot. The class will start with a lecture, and then students will have the opportunity to work with the plants, create a dye pot, and leave with some naturally dyed fabric (students are also welcome to bring natural fiber clothing or other small items to dye).

Street parking only, plan to arrive a little early to find a spot.
